Refund Policy
In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training please submit an email.
All cancellation requests within 2 days before the scheduled course in order to receive a full refund.
No cancellations or no shows within the specified cancellation period will not be refunded.
LSBHI Attendance Policy
Each sign-in sheet is submitted to the Louisiana State Board to document who attended and who did not attend each class, per state board requirements. Due to limited seating required by these rules for online classes, we must enforce a strict attendance policy. When classes are full, unattended seats prevent other students from participating. No cancellations or no shows within the specified cancellation period will not be refunded.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding as we maintain fairness and compliance for all students.
Cancellation of classes
Its Ok CE reserves the right to cancel any training course due to Uncontrolled situations at least 2 calendar days of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with a refund.
Its Ok CE is not responsible for any expenses that could incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.
The customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
